A delicious Sweet Beets hummus, the perfect dip to add a little colour to snack time. This is a super simple recipe thats ready in minuets.

Sweet Beets (1/2 bottle)
Chick peas (400g can drained)
Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoon)
Tahini paste (1 tablespoon)
Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Sesame seeds and coriander to garnish
Toasted pitta breads or carrot sticks to serve
Place the drained chick peas, extra virgin olive oil, tahini paste and lemon juice in a food processor bowl. Blend until smooth. If the mix is a little dry simply add more Sweet Beets or olive oil. This can also be made simple by mashing with a fork or potato masher.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the sesame seeds and coriander.
Also great served with roasted peppers or grilled lamb and cous cous.
